Watermelon Sorbet

Quick to Prepare (under 30 minutes); Simple (6 ingredients or less). Low calorie; Low sodium.
  • 5 c Cubed, seeded watermelon
  • 2 tbsp Sugar
  • 2 tbsp Fresh lemon juice
  1. Process all ingredients in a blender or food processor until smooth.
  2. Transfer mixture to a bowl,
  3. Cover and freeze until firm, about 2 hours. (If the sorbet freezes so that it's too firm to scoop, let it stand at room temperature for a few minutes before serving.)
