- 5 c Cubed, seeded watermelon
- 2 tbsp Sugar
- 2 tbsp Fresh lemon juice
- Process all ingredients in a blender or food processor until smooth.
- Transfer mixture to a bowl,
- Cover and freeze until firm, about 2 hours. (If the sorbet freezes so that it's too firm to scoop, let it stand at room temperature for a few minutes before serving.)
