This is a “feel good” stretch. Watch your pet cat doing this several times a day (your dog does it, too). The target area(s) to think about, as you do this stretch, is your entire back from your waist to your fingertips. This includes your waist, your back, your lats, underarms and all the way to your fingertips, as you stretch and reach forward.
And, of course, don’t forget to breathe correctly.
