- Hard boiled eggs
- Italian Parsley
- Cut the eggs in half lengthwise.
- Remove the egg yolks and save for another purpose.
- Fill each egg white with a heaping tablespoon of hummus, sprinkle lightly with paprika, and garnish with parsley.
- Cover lightly with plastic wrap and refrigerate for up to 1 day.
