This is great for picnics and barbeques as an excellent alternative to the traditional cole slaw. Quick to Prepare (under 30 minutes); Good Source of Calcium; Low Sodium.
  • Salad:
  • 2 cups Grated carrots
  • 2 Apples, grated
  • 1 Small can crushed pineapple, drained
  • ⅔ cup Raisins
  • ½ cup Slivered almonds
  • Dressing:
  • 8 oz. Lemon yogurt
  • ¼ cup Mayonaise
  • 1 tbsp Honey
  1. Mix the salad ingredients together and chill. Just before serving, toss with the dressing.
  2. Mix dressing together in a small bowl and chill before tossing on salad.
