  • 4 slices Bacon, cut in half
  • ½ cup Apple cider vinegar
  • ⅓ cup Maple syrup
  • ½ tsp Celery seed
  • ¼ tsp Black pepper
  • ¾ cup Sliced leeks
  • 3 cups Shredded green cabbage
  • 1½ cups Shredded red cabbage
  • ½ cup Grated carrots
  1. Add vinegar, syrup, celery and pepper to bacon skillet, boil and add all but 1 tbsp to separate bowl.
  2. Cook leeks over med-low till slightly softened
  3. Add cabbage and carrots and dressing for another 3 minute
  4. Top with bacon & serve
