An easy coleslaw with cranberries for an extra tangy punch. Make ahead; Low calorie; Low fat; Low cholesterol.
  • ⅓ cup nonfat mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1½ tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 2 (10 oz.) packages shredded cabbage for coleslaw
  • ⅓ cup dried cranberries
  1. Combine mayonnaise, honey and vinegar in a small bowl; mix until blended.
  2. Combine cabbage and cranberries in a large bowl.
  3. Pour dressing over top and toss until coated.
  4. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
