Ingredients
  • 2 pounds Carrots
  • ½ pound Pinapple, crushed
  • ¾ cup Water sugar syrup
Instructions
  1. Peel and slice carrots.
  2. Cook in slightly salted water for about 20 min. or until almost done.
  3. Crush pineapple in blender.
  4. Add to carrots.
  5. Cook another 15 min. until soft.
  6. Add sugar syrup to taste.
