- ¾ cup skim milk
- 1 medium banana
- ½ cup fat free banana yogurt
- ⅓ teaspoon nutmeg
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon
- 6 ice cubes
- Combine all ingredients in a blender and process until smooth.
