From time-to-time Defeat Diabetes Foundation will feature Special Events that you can participate in.  These "events" will vary from Rock Concerts, to Golf Tournaments, from String Quartets to Speaking Engagements with Defeat Diabetes Foundation's Executive Director, Andrew P. Mandell (also known as Mr. Diabetes^® ), as well as many other diverse and interesting Events.  The proceeds from these Special Events will directly benefit the Defeat Diabetes Foundation, and it's many Program Services dedicated to informing, educating and early detection of diabetes to the millions of Americans who are at risk of getting the disease, but have no idea of it's warning signs, or it's dangers.

Please check back often for updates and announcements of future Special Events.  There are quite a few Events being "worked on" right now being scheduled for your enjoyment, as well as helping Defeat Diabetes^®.
