Ingredients
  • 2 6 oz. sole fillets
  • ½ cup cilantro leaves, finely chopped
  • 1 green onion, chopped
  • 1 to 1½ teaspoon diced jalapeno pepper
  • 2 tablespoon lime juice
  • ⅓ teaspoon ground cumin
Instructions
  1. Stir cilantro, green onion, jalapeno pepper, lime juice, and cumin together in a small bowl.
  2. Spread the seasoning mixture on both sides of the fish fillets and bake in a 350 degree oven for 20 to 30 minutes, or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
