Yogurt Waffles

A nutritious waffle that you will love to serve your family.

Ingredients

1 cup Nonfat plain yogurt
3 Eggs
1/2 cup Whole wheat flour
1/3 cup Oat bran
Pinch of salt
1/4 cup Vegetable oil
1/2 cup Milk
1 1/2 tsp Vanilla
1 1/2 tsp Ground cinnamon
1/2 cup Chopped nuts

Preparation

Combine all the ingredients in a blender or stir them togther until well mixed. Cook the waffleson a hot waffle iron. Serve them hot, topped with more yogurt, fresh fruit, maple syrup, honey or peanut butter.
