Trifle Fruit Salad

Serves:  12

 
2 cups fresh pineapple chunks 
2 cups strawberries, sliced 
1 pint blueberries
2 cups seedless green grapes 
1 8 oz. can crushed pineapple, undrained
1¼ cups skim milk 
½ cup fat free sour cream  
1 3¾ oz. package instant banana cream pudding and pie filling mix 
 
In a large glass bowl, layer the fruits. Combine the milk and sour cream and blend well. Add the pudding mix and beat until well blended, about 2 minutes. Stir in the crushed pineapple. Spoon the pudding mixture over the fruit to within 1 inch of the edges. Cover and refrigerate several hours.
