Chicken with Brown Rice and Almonds
Serves: 4
| 2 cups cubed, cooked chicken |
2 cups cooked brown rice |
| breast cuts |
2¼ cups nonfat chicken broth |
| 1 1/3 cups chopped onions |
2 tbsp. sliced almonds, |
| 1 cup chopped celery |
lightly toasted |
Combine chicken, onions, celery, rice, and broth in slow cooker. Cook on Low 6 to 8 hours. Garnish with sliced almonds before serving.
