Chicken with Brown Rice and Almonds

Serves:  4
 
2 cups cubed, cooked chicken     2 cups cooked brown rice
   breast cuts 2¼ cups nonfat chicken broth
1 1/3 cups chopped onions 2 tbsp. sliced almonds,
1 cup chopped celery    lightly toasted
 
Combine chicken, onions, celery, rice, and broth in slow cooker. Cook on Low 6 to 8 hours. Garnish with sliced almonds before serving.
