Hard boiled eggs

Hummus
Paprika
Italian Parsley
Preparation

Cut the eggs in half lengthwise. Remove the egg yolks and discard them.

Fill each egg white with a heaping tablespoon of hummus, sprinkle lightly with paprika, and garnish with parsley. Cover lightly with plastic wrap and refrigerate for up to 1 day.
