French Kids Eat Everything – Book Review

French Kids Eat Everything! A statement that should stop all American mothers dead in their tracks – especially when you are trying to coax Emily into eating her veggies.

French Kids Eat Everything: How Our Family Moved to France, Cured Picky Eating, Banned Snacking, and Discovered 10 Simple Rules for Raising Happy, Healthy Eaters by Karen LeBillion is a real eye opener and she give every mother hope there IS a way to raise kids that are well rounded in their culinary tastes.

It’s part memoir, part handbook, part cookbook – all part of her own process of discovery raising two picky eaters in France.

One of the most interesting aspects to the book was the emphasis of schools in France to educate children regarding food from pre-school on. It was also surprising to find people in France don’t: eat or drink in their cars, while walking down the street or eat or drink standing up.

It made me ask the question “why have American’s become so removed from the joys of eating they are willing to slog down whatever food manufacturers have to offer?”

Get it today and rejoice!
