Please provide Owners names as they appear on the deed. Resort: Unit#: Week: I/we do hereby give authorization to the above referenced resort to release information regarding the above referenced timeshare to ‘Buy Donated Timeshares”.
This authorization shall enable ‘Buy Donated Timeshares” the right to obtain any and all
information needed in order to perform the transfer of ownership of this interest, including but not limited to, confirmation of ownership (title), payment of maintenance fees, taxes, mortgages, availability of Unit, etc.
Additionally, this authorization engages ‘‘Buy Donated Timeshares” to act as my agent in regards to the First Right of Refusal, resale transfers, and any escrow contracts needing completion.
