An easy tropical smoothie.
- ¾ cup skim milk
- 1 cup vanilla nonfat frozen yogurt
- 2 teaspoon coconut extract
- 2 cups frozen pineapple chunks
- 4 to 5 whole ice cubes
- Combine milk, frozen yogurt, coconut extract, pineapple, and ice cubes in blender and process until smooth and creamy.
