This is great for picnics and barbeques as an excellent alternative to the traditional cole slaw. Quick to Prepare (under 30 minutes); Good Source of Calcium; Low Sodium.
- 2 cups Grated carrots
- 2 Apples, grated
- 1 Small can crushed pineapple, drained
- ⅔ cup Raisins
- ½ cup Slivered almonds
- 8 oz. Lemon yogurt
- ¼ cup Mayonaise
- 1 tbsp Honey
- Mix the salad ingredients together and chill. Just before serving, toss with the dressing.
- Mix dressing together in a small bowl and chill before tossing on salad.
