No yeast and no kneading makes this a super easy homemade bread. Easy to prepare. Low fat; Low cholesterol.
- 3 cups all purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 12 oz. can lite beer
- Preheat oven to 375ºF.
- Spray a 9 X 5 inch loaf pan with cooking spray.
- Combine all ingredients and mix well.
- Press dough into pan; bake 55 to 60 minutes
