It is accredited by the American Camping Association and licensed by the Arkansas Department of Human Services. This Co-Educational Residential Camp has provided programs for children with special needs and senior citizens for over three decades. Location: The camp is located on a forested site of 120 acres located in the heart of Little Rock, Arkansas on Aldersgate
Road, ˝ mile south off of Kanis Road.
It is near the intersection of I-430 and I-630 and is less than one mile from Baptist Medical Center. Activities: Ropes course, horseback riding, scuba, swimming - in the six acre lake or two pools, canoeing, human powered boats, paved trails, a fully accessible treehouse, archery and a dance, along with educational programs to improve diabetes management. Duration: One week Population Served: Children with diabetes ages 8-13 Camper Ages: 8 – 14
