Dawn holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Michigan and an Executive Masters Degree in Public Administration from Golden Gate University.

She has 30 years experience writing and editing for a variety of organizations and businesses including: Defeat Diabetes Foundation, CareGiverHelper, Independent Living Resource Center – San Francisco, Association of Women Communicators, Time for Two, Financial Relations Board, Dance Out Diabetes and Buick (Division of General Motors) to name a few.

 

In addition to providing content for Defeat Diabetes Foundation as a main contributor, Dawn writes the column Know Your Fruits and Veggies™. She has published numerous articles that have appeared in a variety of publications including: The Michigan Voice, Grand Magazine, Kidsville USA, Honeymoon Magazine, Effective Selling Principles Magazine, and many regional newspapers nationwide.

 

All of her materials are thoroughly researched according to the practices dictated by academia in general and the American Psychological Association best practices in particular.
