This is for your kind information that, we are beginning our Awareness Programs freely to the people affected by DIABETES MELLITUS.

Our Aims:

1. Giving Awareness to all village people in Diabetes.
2. Educate the rural people regarding all risk factors in Diabetes.
3. Ruled out new Diabetic people through our free blood screening programs and let them with doctor’s advice.
4. Taking pre cautionary steps to control diabetes by giving awareness and educational programs.
5. Finding Type-I Diabetes and Diabetes in Blind People in each and every village, help them to improve the standard of their treatments according to our abilities.
6. Running Awareness and Educational Program in Diabetes every month freely in each and every villages.
7. Totally, generation in future, will find the words of Diabetes in Dictionary only, but not seen in practically. We will serve for this ambition.

Our Planned Activities:

We have planned to implement of our Diabetes Activities in two ways easy to reach the poor village people.

1. Diabetes Awareness Programs  ( DAP )

Arranging Doctors and invite them to every village and let them give a awareness speech in Diabetes to all the people.

a)      Patient – Interactions : Let the village diabetic people to interact with the doctors, thereby giving full knowledge in diabetes.

b)      Group Discussion: Form a voluteer teams in every village ,with the help of the team, conducting group discussion in various topics relating Diabetes along with the doctors.Therby we plan to give a broad view in Diabetes and its risk factors to each and every rural person.

c)      Diabetes Family Awareness: Select a Daiabetic male or female in every village.

Give awareness about the heretitory factors in diabetes to all other members of the same family, thereby the whole familly members will get dibetes knowledge.

d) Nutrition: Giving depth knowledge in their diets to every diabetic person by inviting dietician and let them to speech in every  village.

e) Blood Screening: Select one village , and go for mass blood screening,find their sugar level and give advice with the doctors we arranged. Go for fasting , randem and post pradial metoad of screening. 

 2.Diabetes Educational Programs  ( DEP )

We Planned to educate every rural person through this program.Inviting Specialised doctors in various fields like, Neuphropathy, Opthomology, Cardiology to the village and let them to educate all risk factors in Diabetes.

About our HEART Organisation:

In our “HEART” Organisation, there are primary five registered members in Indian Trust Act.

V.Ravi Shankar, BBA, MA(Philosophy) DMM, : Aged 37 years, doing business in the field of Pharmaceuticals, intrested in voluteer service, member in Indian Red Cross Society, Tamil Nadu Branch, awarded by President of India Mr.Jailsingh in the year 1983 in scout acitivities(Presidency Scout), the founder of this HEART organisation.

Dr.S.M.Rathinavel MBBS., aged 51 years, running hospital, a intrested social worker, awareded by no of  D

iabetes Organisations, our primary docotor for our every Awarenesss and Educational Progam in Diabetes, one of our registered trustee in our organisation.

Mr.P.Thanasekarn, aged 25 years, dedicated social worker, who is occuping our finanancial position in our organisation.

Mr.S.Palani Kumar, aged 34 years, a teacher working in school, is dynamic dedicated social worker.

A.Brito, aged 36 years, volunteer in all public activities, intrested in helping people.

Our Staff Nursing Team: Around 10 of no'squalified nursing team we have and they are to have attend our every programs.

Our Lab-Technician Team: Qualified Technicians of 3 no’s we possess in our organisation for blood screening diabetes programs.

HEART(Health Education, Awareness & Resarch Trust  is an registered body in Indian Trust Act and our registration no is 18 / 2005.
